The Company is incorporated on July 2008, with its headquartered is located in the core area of the Beijing Central Business District . It is committed to providing customers at home and abroad with integrated services for onshore drilling, well completion, and workover operations globally. It also offers petroleum drilling engineering design, technical consulting, and solution services, as well as trade services related to oilfield equipment and materials.
As a prominent domestic international drilling contractor, the company has over 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. With extensive overseas experience in drilling, well completion, and technical solution development, Hilong currently operates 23 drilling (workover) rigs in various countries and regions, including Iraq, UAE (Gaza), Oman, Ecuador, Brazil, Nigeria, Pakistan, Brunei, etc. The company provides high-quality services to internationally renowned oil companies such as Shell, BP, ENI, PDO, CNPC, PETROAMAZONAS, ANDES, UEPL, OGDCL, and PPL.
The company offers a range of onshore drilling (workover) operations and related engineering technical services, including directional drilling, cementing, coring, managed pressure drilling, drilling/completion fluids, enhanced oil recovery services, and oilfield equipment assembly and testing.
Hilong has established various functional management departments, including the Market Development Center, Production Coordination Department, Human Resources Department, QHSE Department, Engineering Technology Management Department, Equipment Management Center, Supply Chain Management Center, Trade Management Department, Digitalization Department, Finance and Business Management Center, Legal Affairs Department, and the General Manager's Office. To support unified and efficient management, the company will establish subsidiaries, branches, or project departments both domestically and internationally as needed.
